How is the estate of a person who died at the age of 23 distributed, whose father had passed away before him, who has no wife or children, and who has: his mother, three adult, sane sisters, four paternal uncles, and one paternal aunt, knowing that he has an inheritance of money and real estate?

"The mother gets one-sixth as a fard (obligatory share), the sisters get two-thirds, and the remainder, which is one-sixth, goes to the four paternal uncles, divided equally among them. This is based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: 'Give the Fara'id (obligatory shares) to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male heir.' As for the paternal aunt, she gets nothing. The matter must be referred to the Sharia courts, as there might be other heirs, bequests, or debts."
