Is a woman entitled to seek divorce from her husband, who resides in Canada and has become engaged to another woman without her knowledge, despite their awareness of the long distance, and the subsequent mockery she endured from her husband?

A woman is permitted to seek a divorce if there is a valid reason for it, such as the husband's ill-manners, and there is no blame upon her for doing so. However, seeking a divorce without a valid reason is prohibited, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without any strong reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her."
