Is it permissible to maintain a haram relationship in order to reclaim money, and does the sin of this relationship prevent the supplication for a righteous husband from being answered?

Emotional relationships between a man and a foreign woman are forbidden and are characteristic of the days of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance). This relationship must be severed immediately, and one must repent from it. Regarding the money the young man borrowed, it is permissible to speak with him to demand the money, while adhering to Shariah guidelines, such as not softening the speech, as stated in the Almighty's قول (verse): (Then do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate speech). If the young man is religious and of good character, there is no harm in seeking to marry him. Otherwise, you should pray for a righteous husband, knowing that disobedience may be an impediment to the answer of supplication, but not necessarily.
