Do the secretions that are discharged as a result of walking and exhaustion contaminate clothes?

If the secretions meant are those that exit from the two private parts, then the default ruling for them is impurity, and some cases are exempted from this. However, if what is meant by them is what exudes from the body, like sweat, then sweat is pure by the consensus of the jurists.
