ما هو المذي، متى يخرج، وكيف يتطهر منه؟

Madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is an impure fluid that often exits when a man caresses his wife. It is obligatory to wash the penis and any clothes it has touched due to it. Wudu (ablution) is required for prayer, but not ghusl (full ritual bath). Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I was a man who experienced excessive madhy, so I was shy to ask the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) because of the position of his daughter [as my wife] to me. So I ordered al-Miqdad to ask him, and he (the Prophet) said: 'He should wash his penis and perform ablution.'"
