The inclusion of what was mentioned in the first point does not appear in the images of animate beings, so there is no harm in drawing it, and the addition of eyes to the geometric shape does not affect it. As for drawing the head and attaching it to geometric shapes, it takes the ruling of drawing the head alone, which is not forbidden as long as it is not a complete image of an animal.
