What is the ruling of Islamic law on dealing with increasing desire towards one's betrothed wife, especially given the husband's shyness in asking certain things of her, and is masturbation by the wife's hand or in her presence permissible?

A valid marriage contract permits the spouses to enjoy each other, even if the customary wedding ceremony has not taken place. The wife is permitted to refuse to surrender herself until her husband pays her mahr (dowry). There is no sin upon the husband if he asks his wife to enable him to enjoy her, and it is permissible for him to masturbate with her hand. However, for a husband to masturbate with his own hand is absolutely forbidden. It is recommended to hasten the wedding and prioritize the benefit of chastity, and to be patient, chaste, and fast frequently while safeguarding one's hearing and sight for those for whom it is not easy to consummate the marriage with their wives.
