Is it permissible for a man to bequeath his sole house to his daughters only, excluding his mother and father, knowing that he owns nothing else?

A man's bequest of a house to his daughters is impermissible because a bequest to an heir is forbidden by Islamic law and is not binding unless the other heirs approve, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has given every rightful person his due, so there is no bequest for an heir."
