What is your advice to a wife who disobeys her husband due to his dereliction of duties and ill-treatment, despite her fear of the saying, "Paradise for women lies beneath the feet of their husbands"?

The Islamic duty of a husband and wife is that each has rights over the other. However, the husband's rights over his wife are greater, for the husband is the maintainer of the woman by virtue of that which Allah has preferred him with and what he spends on her. Among the husband's rights over his wife is her obedience to him. Among the wife's rights over him is for him to spend on her with kindness, providing food, clothing, and shelter, and to treat her well. It is incumbent upon the children to advise their parents with wisdom and gentleness, clarifying the rights of each over the other, and striving to reconcile them, while continuing to show them filial piety and kindness, and supplicating for their well-being.
