ما هو جهاد النكاح وما تفاصيله وأحكامه، وهل يجوز الزواج من النازحات تجاوزن الأربعين إذا لم يكن لديهن معين؟

There is no such thing as "Nikah Jihad" (Jihad of Marriage) in Islamic law, nor has it been mentioned by jurists. It is a false accusation aimed at distorting the image of Islam. Marrying a displaced woman is no different from marrying any other woman. It is not permissible for a man to marry more than four women, by scholarly consensus. The basic principle concerning private parts (sexual relations) is prohibition, and they are not rendered permissible except with a legal proof. Fabricating lies against Allah and attributing to Islamic law that which it did not state is among the gravest matters.
