The answer

In Wudu, water must cover all parts of the face. If you doubt whether water has reached a part of the face, you must wash it. Al-Nawawi said: "If one doubts whether water has reached the inner part of it [referring to a body part], or the inner part of the fingers, one must wash it a second time until certain that the water has reached it." Ibn Qudamah said: "If one doubts whether water has reached what is beneath it [meaning a ring], it is obligatory to move it to ensure the water reaches it." This applies if you are not afflicted with obsessive doubts (waswasah). However, if you are, then do not pay attention to these doubts and proceed with your Wudu.
