Does allocating five riyals daily for charity, reading three parts of the Qur'an daily after Asr prayer, and performing the Duha prayer every day fall under the category of Bid‘ah (innovation)?

If obligating oneself to charity and reciting the Quran is in the form of a vow (nadhr), then making such a vow is disliked (makrooh), but it is obligatory to fulfill it, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him." However, if the obligation is without a vow, then it is not binding to fulfill it, and it is not considered an innovation (bid'ah); rather, it is a good deed, as long as one does not believe in a specific particularity for a certain amount.
