My wife does not pray. Should I sleep with her, or not?

You are obligated to command your wife to pray and explain to her the danger of abandoning prayer and its significance in Islam. If she repents and observes her prayers, then keep her and live with her kindly. However, if she remains neglectful of prayer, denying its obligation, it is not permissible for you to stay with her. If she acknowledges its obligation but is negligent in performing it, then it is permissible for you to live with her according to the majority of scholars. However, it is better that you separate from her and not keep her. Ibn Qudamah mentioned that divorce becomes recommended when a woman is remiss in her obligatory duties towards Allah, such as prayer.
