What is the ruling on browsing the internet for personal reasons during official working hours after completing assigned tasks, knowing that the computers are monitored?

1. Your deception of employers by making them believe you haven't completed your work yet, out of fear of being assigned new tasks, is a form of dishonesty that contradicts your obligation to dedicate yourself to work throughout the agreed-upon time. You must avoid this and repent to Allah for it. The negligence of some workers does not justify your dishonesty and exploitation of work time for personal matters.
