Is it permissible to publish a book that asserts that Allah's istiwa' (settling/establishment) upon the 'Arsh (Throne) means that His command became above the 'Arsh, based on the similarity between the attributes of the 'Arsh and the Qur'an?

The Throne is the King's bed and the ceiling of creation. Allah is above His Throne, and the command originates from Allah alone, not from the Throne. The Throne does not contain Allah's command, nor does it have any role in issuing or transmitting it. Allah's "istiwa'" (establishment/ascension) upon the Throne signifies His loftiness and exaltedness, not that His command became above the Throne. Describing the Throne with veneration does not make it comparable to the Qur'an; for the Throne is created, and the Word of Allah is uncreated. The attribute is befitting of the One described. One must be certain in matters of belief and follow the methodology of the Pious Predecessors, and beware of spreading what is not known to be sound.
