It is obligatory to refer to the Court for the distribution of the inheritance after settling debts and executing the will (within the limit of one-third). The inheritance is distributed when the conditions of inheritance are met and its impediments are absent. The wife takes one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The father and mother each take one-sixth due to the presence of a male lineal descendant. The sons take the remainder and it is divided equally among them. Grandchildren and sisters do not inherit as they are excluded by the lineal descendant (the sons).
