How is the estate of a deceased father divided among his wife, four sons, three sisters, his mother, and his father, and what is the obligatory Sadaqa (charity) percentage from these properties?

It is obligatory to refer to the Sharia Court for the distribution of the inheritance after settling debts and executing the will (within the limit of one-third). The inheritance is distributed when the conditions of inheritance are met and its impediments are absent. The wife takes one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The father and mother each take one-sixth due to the presence of a male lineal descendant. The sons take the remainder and it is divided equally among them. Grandchildren and sisters do not inherit as they are excluded by the lineal descendant (the sons).
