If your father had a partner in the land, and your father did not offer it to him for sale, then your father's partner has the right to take what your father sold to your uncle. However, if the land belonged exclusively to your father and he had no partner in it, then no one has the right to seize it from your uncle, and there is no preemption (shufa'a) in this case.
