What is the name of the real father, and who are his family, if his parents believe he was born of adultery?

The child born of zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) bears no sin for the transgression of his parents; the sin is upon them. He is permitted to be attributed to his acknowledged father, or to his mother, her tribe, and her state. He must rectify his actions and maintain uprightness in his conduct and his Islamic faith. What occurred with his parents does him no harm.
