What should I do about my brother's refusal to sell the plot of land left by our deceased father, especially since I am a young married man with a child and suffering from a housing problem?

The one who refuses division is compelled to do so if ownership is proven before the judge by evidence, and there is no harm in it, and the shares can be adjusted. If one of the heirs refuses to sell the shared land, the case is referred to the Sharia courts.
