Has the hadith "The Hour will not be established until the Muslims fight the Jews, with you being east of the Jordan River and they west of it" been narrated?

A hadith with this specific wording has not been reported in the books of Sunnah. It appears that the questioner has combined two different hadiths as if they were one:

The first: On the authority of Nahik bin Sarim As-Sakuni, who said that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "You will certainly fight the polytheists until the Antichrist is fought by the rest of you on the Jordan River. You will be on its eastern bank and they on its western bank." Narrated by At-Tabarani and Al-Bazzar.

The second: On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The Hour will not be established until you fight the Jews, until a stone behind which a Jew is hiding will say, 'O Muslim, there is a Jew behind me, so kill him.'" Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim.

The first hadith indicates fighting polytheists in general in Jordan, while the second indicates fighting Jews without specifying a location. There is no evidence connecting the two hadiths together.
