Is a woman's oath to her husband that she did not talk to a foreign man, after he discovered her conversation with him, considered a Ghamus oath for which there is no expiation, given that she feared divorce and was afraid for her children?

If a Muslim takes an oath out of necessity, and it does not involve the right of another Muslim or is not for warding off harm from himself, such as the execution of a Hadd punishment upon him, then there is no blame on him, provided he offers sincere repentance to Allah.
