Is the money paid as a reward for nominating and negotiating with a factory permissible or forbidden?

If the aforementioned bonus is a compensation for advice you gave your manager, then it falls under the category of gifts to employees, and it is not permissible to accept it without the permission of the employer. However, if the bonus is a wage for promoting the factory to others, then there is no harm in that, and it falls under brokerage (simsara), the permissibility of which is indicated by Allah's saying: "And for he who brings it is the burden of a camel, and I am responsible for it." It is stipulated that this collaboration must be outside official working hours and must not affect them, unless the employer grants permission for that.
