Who inherits from a deceased person who passed away, leaving behind two full brothers, one full sister, and the children of a full brother and sister, and what is the share of each heir?

If a deceased man leaves no heirs except his full siblings (two full brothers and one full sister), then the inheritance goes to them, not to the children of the full brother or full sister, because the latter do not inherit when full siblings are present. The inheritance is divided among them such that the male receives the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: ﴿AND IF THEY BE BRETHREN, MEN AND WOMEN, THEN FOR THE MALE IS THE LIKE OF THE PORTION OF TWO FEMALES.﴾ (Quran 4:176). Accordingly, the inheritance is divided into five shares; each full brother receives two shares, and the full sister receives one share.
