Is a sister whose husband works and who herself works, and they own land which sometimes does not cover their expenses, deserving of receiving Zakat?

If a sister does not have sufficient means and her husband cannot provide for her, her ownership of land does not prevent her from receiving zakat, provided that the land does not suffice for her needs, or she needs it to build a home or for an investment that will benefit her, or its value does not cover her needs. However, if the land is in excess of her basic needs and its value is sufficient to cover her needs, then she is not eligible for zakat. If the zakat is to be given to the husband, the wife's ownership of land is not considered a barrier to giving him zakat.
