Do children affiliate with their father if the marriage took place with a male witness and a female witness, knowing that the father was not committed, and the wife is European, and the marriage was re-contracted twice, with the wife being pregnant each time?

The marriage is invalid if the witnessing thereof was limited to one man and one woman only. If the three contracts were concluded with the testimony of only one man and one woman, they are invalid, and the children are attributed to you. You must immediately distance yourself from the woman before a legal contract is performed with her, unless she is a chaste woman of the People of the Book. If one of the second or third contracts was complete in its pillars (with the presence of the woman's guardian, two just male witnesses, and a dowry), then you may keep your wife under your marital bond if she is a chaste woman of the People of the Book.
