Is the statement "You are divorced" after a marital dispute considered a first divorce, especially after a previous fatwa from Al-Azhar Al-Sharif stating that no divorce occurred?

If the trustworthy scholars have issued a fatwa to you that the first divorce did not occur, then there is no blame upon you for acting according to their fatwa. As for the last time, if you pronounced the divorce consciously and not overwhelmed in your mind, then your divorce is valid, and it is the first divorce if you had not divorced before that. You may reconcile with your wife before her 'iddah expires.
