Are two garments of Ihram required for Hajj, and are the Ihram garments changed after the Farewell Tawaf?

A pilgrim in a state of ihram is not required to prepare additional ihram garments beyond what they wear at the miqat. If they do so, there is no harm. It is permissible for a pilgrim in ihram to change their ihram garments if they become dirty or cause discomfort at any time. It states in the commentary of Al-Dusuqi: "It is permissible for a pilgrim in ihram to change the garment in which he entered ihram for another, whether the garment is an izar (lower garment) or a rida' (upper garment)." And in the fatwas of the Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta', it states: "It is permissible for a pilgrim performing Hajj or Umrah to change his ihram for other ihram clothes, and this change has no effect on his ihram." As for taking off the ihram garments and wearing regular clothes (tahallul clothes), it is not permissible except after the completion of Umrah for the Mutamatti' (one performing Umrah then Hajj), and for the Mufrid (one performing Hajj only) and the Qarin (one combining Umrah and Hajj), after performing two out of three acts on the Day of Sacrifice: stoning Jamrat al-Aqabah, shaving or shortening the hair, and performing Tawaf al-Ifadah.
