After exiting the state of Ihram on the Day of Sacrifice and before the Ifadah circumambulation, is it permissible for the pilgrim to wear his regular clothes, and can he perform the Ifadah circumambulation in them?

Exiting the state of ihram is achieved by performing three acts: stoning Jamrat al-Aqaba, shaving or shortening the hair, and performing Tawaf al-Ifadah. The first stage of exiting ihram (al-tahallul al-awwal) occurs by performing two of these acts, and by it, everything that was forbidden to the pilgrim becomes permissible, except for women. Women do not become permissible until the second stage of exiting ihram (al-tahallul al-thani), which is by performing Tawaf al-Ifadah. After the first stage of exiting ihram, the pilgrim can perform Tawaf al-Ifadah, Tawaf al-Wada' (farewell circumambulation), and any voluntary circumambulation in their regular clothes.
