What is the ruling regarding a wife who stipulates a sum of money to allow her husband to have sexual intercourse with her?

If a wife refuses to surrender herself to her husband before receiving her mahr, this is her right. However, if a wife abstains from her husband until he gives her money whenever he desires intimacy, this is not permissible Islamically and is considered among the major sins, incurring the curse of the angels.
