When is one obligated to perform ghusl for prayer if the menstrual period continues for more than two weeks?

There are three scenarios:

1. You have a known habit: You observe your usual habit. If the days of menstruation exceed the customary duration and do not stabilize, you observe it up to fifteen days (the maximum duration of menstruation). Anything beyond that is considered istihadah (non-menstrual bleeding). 2. You do not have a habit, but you can distinguish the blood: You act upon distinction. Menstrual blood is dark, thick, has an odor, and causes pain. 3. You have neither a habit nor the ability to distinguish: You act according to the habit of women similar to you (such as your sister or mother).
