Is it permissible for a man to take back his wife after divorcing her while she was pregnant with his daughter, and after he had an illicit relationship with his wife's mother and fathered a child with her?

Scholars have differed concerning the ruling on a man marrying the daughter of a woman with whom he committed adultery. The Shafi'is and some Malikis permitted it, while the Hanafis, Hanbalis, and some Malikis prohibited it. According to those who permitted it, the aforementioned marriage is valid if it fulfills the conditions and pillars and if there are no impediments, and the man is allowed to marry her. He must offer sincere repentance to Allah.
