Is a girl considered a foster sister to a person if that person's siblings were suckled by the girl's paternal grandmother?

If a person did not suckle from the girl's grandmother, but only his siblings did, then he is a stranger to her, and it is permissible for him to marry her. As for his siblings who suckled from her grandmother five times within the two years (of infancy), it is forbidden for them to marry her, because they become her paternal or maternal uncles through suckling.
