What is the Sharia ruling on a wife's situation with her husband who divorces her every time he gets angry, and uses the oath of divorce as a means of pressure on her in most aspects of their lives?
The matter must be presented to the judiciary, because everything you mentioned about divorce makes the wife unlawful for her husband and irrevocably separates her from him with a major divorce (baynunah kubra), as you stated that he divorced you with three explicit pronouncements, and perhaps more if he intended three divorces with the third pronouncement. Also, he swore an oath of divorce and you did what he swore upon, so the divorce also takes effect according to the majority of scholars. You are unlawful to him and irrevocably separated from him with a major divorce, because anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it reaches the point of loss of consciousness. You must refrain from each other until the matter is presented to the courts.
