What is the ruling on committing a sin with the intention of raising awareness and warning against it, such as saying "May Allah curse you" and then adding a narration about the danger of cursing, or drawing animate beings for the purpose of an awareness video?

It is not permissible to commit a sin with the intention of warning against it, because this is neither a necessity nor a need that descends to the level of necessity. Warning can be done through other means. Moreover, a good intention does not transform a sin into an act of obedience. Furthermore, enacting da'wah roles must not include forbidden elements such as lying, or portraying disbelievers or Companions, or men imitating women. This should also be done sparingly and not be the primary method of da'wah, as the foundation of da'wah is the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger.
