Brokerage is permissible. It involves searching for a buyer for a seller's goods, and searching for a seller for a buyer's needs, and mediating between them to facilitate the sale process. What you intend to do by creating a brokerage website is permissible, unless it involves deception or fraud towards the buyer or seller, or if the brokerage is for something unlawful.
