What should a wife do who discovered, after her husband's death, his betrayal and his practice of sorcery, sodomy, and fornication, as well as his illicit consumption of people's wealth, knowing that she has not told anyone about this, but her psychological state has deteriorated and she cannot forget the matter?

All that remains for you is to consider and learn a lesson for choosing the right husband for your daughters and the right wife for your sons. You should not be preoccupied with grief, sorrow, and oppression. It is essential to conceal this from your children, as there is no benefit in informing them. Strive to teach your children the creed of the Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah (People of the Sunnah and the Community), and entrust the matter of your tribulation to your Creator. Endeavor in righteous deeds that benefit you and your children, and do not look back.
