What is the ruling on one spouse entering upon the other while bathing, and what is the ruling on a husband and wife bathing together?

There is no objection to the husband entering upon his wife, or the wife entering upon her husband, while bathing. It is permissible for the spouses to bathe together from a single vessel or in a single place, as it was reported from Umm Salamah and Aisha, may Allah be pleased with them both, that they used to bathe with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, from a single vessel.
