What is the ruling on establishing an illicit relationship that resulted in pregnancy and abortion?

Whoever commits adultery and assists in abortion must repent to Allah, seek much forgiveness, and perform good deeds. As for the doctor who directly performed the abortion, he is sinful and must share in the blood money of the fetus. However, if he only gave her medication, he is sinful and must make sincere repentance, because he cooperated in sin and transgression. Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression" (Al-Ma'idah: 2).
