What is the difference between the Sunnah as a general concept and the emphasized Sunnah?

Absolute is what the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, did not consistently observe, and was not subordinate to anything else. It differs from the Verified Sunnah, which the Messenger consistently observed, and the Ratibah prayers that follow the obligatory prayers.
