What must I do about my illegitimate daughter and her mother, who might be evicted, given my unstable financial situation and my parents' refusal to let me marry her?

Adultery is one of the gravest sins, and Allah Almighty has associated it with polytheism and the unlawful killing of a soul. The adulterers must repent, seek forgiveness, and increase their good deeds. There is no religious impediment to marrying an adulterous woman if her repentance is sincere, and there may even be mercy in that for her. As for the girl born out of adultery, she is attributed only to her mother, and the adulterer father has no legal relation to her.
