Who will exact retribution from the woman who killed her ex-husband, with whom she has children?

The right of Qisas (retaliation in kind) belongs to all heirs, male and female. Whoever among them pardons, the right of Qisas is forfeited. If a woman kills her ex-husband and she has a child from him, there is no Qisas against her because the child inherits the right of Qisas, and a child does not have the right of Qisas against his mother. This is branched from the opinion of the majority of jurists that Qisas is not obligatory upon a parent who kills their child. These matters are subject to disagreement among jurists, and one must refer to the Sharia courts regarding them.
