Should a fasting person break their fast in the country where they started fasting, or in the country they traveled to, knowing that there is a four-hour time difference?

What is considered in Islamic law for the beginning or end of the day for fasting is the location of the person upon whom dawn broke or upon whom the sun set, not the hours. So, whoever travels while fasting must observe the timing of the country he arrived in to complete his fast until night, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Then complete the fast until the night." Breaking the fast before sunset in the place where one is located is considered a violation of that.
