Is it permissible to marry a girl without a guardian (wali), according to the school of Abu Hanifa, with the presence of two witnesses, a mahr (dowry), official documentation of the contract, and guaranteed rights, and without consummating the marriage until she is formally proposed to after two years, due to the husband not having a job and a desire to be protected from sins?

Marriage without a guardian (wali) is invalid. A Muslim must follow the legal proof (daleel shari') and not blindly imitate a specific imam in all his opinions, for imams are not infallible. We ask the questioner: Would you be content for your daughter to marry without your knowledge and consent? This severs kinship ties and corrupts family relationships. The marriage contract itself is not valid except with a guardian.
