What is the ruling on some hair falling out or excess skin being removed during ghusl in the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah for one who intends to offer a sacrifice?

The prohibition from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding one who intends to offer a sacrifice and the first ten days (of Dhul-Hijjah) have begun, is that he should not remove anything from his hair or skin. This prohibition is understood as disliked (makrooh), not forbidden (haram). The intention behind prohibiting the removal of nails and hair is to prevent the removal of nails by any means, and to prevent the removal of hair by any means from any part of the body. There is no harm in bathing and cleaning oneself only.
