Is the wife sinful for undergoing labor and medical examinations performed by male doctors due to the unavailability of female doctors?

Allah has commanded the fulfillment of contracts, and whoever hires a worker and does not pay him his due, Allah will be his adversary on the Day of Judgment. It is advised to resort to the Shariah court to resolve the dispute, and if that is not possible, one can seek help from those who have influence. If it is not possible to obtain the right, it is permissible to take it from the financial guarantor, even without his knowledge, as long as no harm is feared. If harm is feared, then one should be patient and seek recompense from Allah.
