What is the ruling on a woman traveling alone for study if the country's system requires her to go first and then her family joins her, with the husband's approval and the unavailability of a mahram, and is this considered unlawful?

The texts of Islamic law prohibit a woman from traveling without a mahram, based on the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "A woman should not travel except with a mahram." Since residing in lands of disbelief involves trials, you must find a way for your husband or one of your mahrams to travel with you, or seek another country for study where your husband or mahram can accompany you. It is not permissible to travel without a mahram except in cases of extreme necessity, such as if you fear harm to yourself or your children by remaining in your country, and you are certain of your safety and the security of your religion upon arrival and while residing alone.
