If the mother who breastfed you also breastfed that woman, then she is your sister through suckling, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What is unlawful by lineage is unlawful by suckling." However, if this foster mother did not breastfeed that woman, then she is not your sister through suckling.
