Does the viscous fluid that is discharged without lust, and is not semen, break the fast, and does it nullify ablution, and if it is discharged with lust, does it break the fast and what is its expiation?

The fluid that exits other than semen is impure (najis) and invalidates ablution (wudu'). Its emission does not break the fast of a fasting person, whether it is with desire or without desire. The Malikis hold that the emission of prostatic fluid (madhy) without desire, or with desire but unintentionally, does not invalidate the fast. However, it does invalidate the fast if repeated looking or prolonged thinking leads to arousal and then prostatic fluid is emitted.
