Is it permissible for a charitable organization that facilitates Udhiyah (sacrifices) to pay additional sums of money from its accounts to complete the purchase of the sacrificial animal (hady) if prices increase, knowing that this would increase the number of contributors to the sacrifice beyond the original seven?

It is permissible for seven people to share in one sacrifice of a camel or a cow. The association must identify the owners of the sacrifice at the time of slaughter. It is not permissible for the association to supplement the price of the sacrifice for the contributors except from donation funds specifically allocated for that purpose, and not from Zakat funds or funds designated for other interests. The association should collect an amount sufficient for the price of the sacrifice, with the possibility of donating any surplus. Contributors should be informed about the policy of supplementing the price from donations, and the names of the contributors should be recorded, and the sacrificial animal designated for them.
