What is the ruling on dealing with Qatar International Islamic Bank for financing the construction of a house, given that the bank repays the financing amount in installments with an increase over the original amount?

It became clear after inquiry that the aforementioned bank does not finance the purchase of real estate in Sudan, nor does it conduct Murabaha operations for purchasing homes there, due to the absence of an agent bank in Sudan. The regulations of the Murabaha contract have been previously outlined in prior fatwas.
